For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 large pet fee applies for one pet and $95 for two larger pets. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available for $175, which includes new linens, surface cleaning, and trash removal. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. If a smoke detector is tampered with, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. The property is equipped with Minut noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Self check-in is available with a keyless smart lock for a seamless arrival. The apartment is remote work-friendly with fast Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps), perfect for streaming, remote work, or video calls.
