This home includes three bedrooms, a private bathroom, a living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook with ease using modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. The outdoor patio is perfect for sipping morning coffee or relaxing after a long day. Pets are welcome for a surcharge: Small dogs are $60 each, and large dogs are $100 each. Up to 4 dogs are allowed per stay. Located in a convenient and vibrant area, this home offers easy access to some of Orlando’s best attractions, shopping, and entertainment. Harry P. Leu Gardens and Orlando Science Center are each a 15-minute drive. Lake Eola Park and Downtown Orlando are each a 20-minute drive. Universal Studios Florida is a 25-minute drive. Florida Mall and Orlando International Airport (MCO) are each a 20-minute drive, and Colonial Plaza Mall is just a 10-minute drive. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are observed after dark, and parties and loud noise are not permitted. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. It’s important that all dogs are declared in advance to ensure a smooth check-in and proper accommodations. Undeclared pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. House-trained and non-aggressive dogs only are allowed. A crate is required if left alone indoors, and a leash is required when outside. Pets are not allowed on furniture, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Includes a dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi. The payment covers utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, regular maintenance, and pest control, so you can enjoy a hassle-free stay. A security camera is located outside by the entrance for everyone’s safety and doesn’t record anything inside the home.
