Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night, $200 per pet for 8–28 nights, or $300 per pet for 29+ nights. Early check-in at 2PM is available for $25 or at 12PM for $50, subject to approval. Late check-out at 12PM is available for $25, subject to approval. Plant Museum, Armature Works, Amalie Arena, Ybor City, American Victory Ship & Museum, Tampa Bay History Center, The Florida Aquarium, ZooTampa at Lowry Park, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, USF Botanical Gardens, Big Cat Rescue, Adventure Island, Serengeti Safari, Dinosaur World, Manatee Viewing Center, and more. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Pets must be housetrained, must not be left alone in the apartment, and must be under 35 lbs, and no Pitbulls are allowed. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends); penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry is allowed for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. A $100 fee applies for a missing keyfob. You must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. An unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200.
