Located in the heart of Nashville, this apartment is within walking distance to great local coffee shops, restaurants, and the world-renowned Broadway. The building offers a beautiful rooftop lounge overlooking downtown Nashville, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, and access to an on-site paid laundry area. The building has paid parking spots for $25 a night and there is typically plenty of free street parking in the area. Situated on the southern edge of downtown proper known as SoBro (South of Broadway), this home puts you right in the heart of Nashville and within 10 minutes of most anything this wonderful city has to offer. Broadway is a 6-7 block walk and there are some great restaurants and coffee shops within a couple blocks, such as Pinewood Social, Husk, and Crema Coffee. This location is walkable or a very short Uber to anything downtown including the Nissan Stadium and the Gulch. Other notable Nashville neighborhoods are just minutes away by car or Uber. The building is up against a freeway. With all the doors and windows shut you can barely hear the traffic, but very light sleepers should be aware. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Renters must be at least 21 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Pets are not permitted and no smoking is allowed on the property, including porches, decks, or outdoor areas. All guests shall not engage in illegal activity.
