Very happy with my experience here at 909 Flats. The staff has always been so helpful for any issue I have. The turn around for the issues I present is very quick. Complex is always well maintained and taken care of. Super clean, no issues with anything on the grounds. This place has a little bit that sets it apart. The staff - Everyone has been nothing short of professional to me. I try to interact with them a lot to keep a nice relationship with the complex and they make it very easy to have that. The parking garage - Hotel style with a pull up to the lobby and 6 levels to park on. The Hub - nice place to work on your laptop or watch TV, board games to play, 3 computers to work on if you don't have a pc. 1 printer to use. Recording Studio - Nice room to play so you don't bother the tenants living in the apartment complex. Pool - I love it, I believe it's a salt water pool so no harsh chemicals! Love Circle - Nice overview of the city, easily the best view in the whole apartment complex. Pool table, tons of lounge space, TV's to watch on, movie/game room, recording studio, art room. Dog Park - Area where you can stretch the legs of your dogs. Location - Directly across from farmers market, really close to the baseball stadium. Close to capitol hill and downtown. Great spot!

I've lived here for four years and so sad to have to leave! I moved to Nashville for school, and 909's amenities and awesome team made things so much easier for me, especially with my hectic schedule. The living space is wonderful, clean, and well insulated (definitely nice on the electric bill!), the package room allows me to pick up my deliveries at my convenience anytime of the day, fitness center is super clean and lots of equipment, the business center definitely got a lot of use from me as a student. The best part of living at 909 is the amazing team: managers, maintenance crew, literally everyone. They're so friendly and helpful! The managers are SO ACCOMMODATING! Anything you need, it's worth a shot to ask and you'll be surprised! The maintenance turnaround and quality is probably the best I've ever experienced. And the garage access is a huge perk! The location at 909 is central to everything that nothing is too far away and so affordable to Uber when needed. Honestly, you get way more than what you pay for, relative to the area. I highly recommend living at 909 Flats if you want to experience all that Nashville has to offer!
