Beach gear is provided, including 6 beach chairs, a cooler, a wagon/cart and an umbrella. All bedding, as well as a full set of bath towels, are provided. This home is equipped with central heating and air or radiator heating and window AC units in every space. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags are provided. Off-street parking is available for one vehicle, plus ample free street parking in the neighborhood. A washer and dryer are in-unit for easy laundry during your stay. Nestled in the heart of Wildwood Crest, this charming cottage offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. You're just a short stroll away from the pristine beaches (approximately a 5-minute walk). For dining, explore the local eateries along Ocean Avenue, offering everything from casual seafood shacks to family-friendly restaurants (within a 10-minute walk/drive). Families will love the proximity to water parks and amusement piers in Wildwood, easily accessible by car or a short trolley ride. You'll also find convenient shops and markets nearby for all your vacation needs. Experience the quintessential beach town charm, with friendly locals and a relaxed atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for your coastal getaway. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For listings marked “no pets,” this is strictly enforced.
