Cape May Point is a charming and tranquil coastal community known for its serene beaches, natural beauty, and historic charm. It offers a peaceful retreat while being conveniently close to the bustling attractions of Cape May, approximately 3 miles west. Explore the Cape May Point Lighthouse, Lake Lily, and Cape May Point State Park. The vibrant town of Cape May, with its Victorian architecture, shops, restaurants, and entertainment, is a short 10-minute drive or bike ride away. The use of the fireplaces is not included with the rental. This is a strictly no-pets property. Guests traveling with a trained service animal should contact us prior to booking. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure portal before being allowed to check in. All reservations must complete guest verification and sign a formal written rental agreement. Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.
