While the ground floor bedroom provides step-free access, this is a multi-level home with stairs between each floor and may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. This townhome features a fully stocked kitchen, a Smart TV, stackable laundry machines, and a Juliet balcony off a top-floor bedroom. The second floor features soaring wood-beam ceilings and herringbone floors, an open layout kitchen/dining design with plentiful cookware and tableware, a dining area that sits 4 with a round table and chairs, a cozy sectional couch with pillows, blankets, a coffee table, and a Smart TV. The third floor offers two sunlight, south-facing bedrooms, and one full bath with a shower and tub. A mini-split in the hallway provides cooling, and individual wall heaters in rooms with thermostats offer warmth. If you’d like full access to all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and both entrances, please inquire about booking the full home. Pets are welcome with a fee of $99 per dog, with a max of 2. Located in one of Portland’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods, Alberta Arts is bursting with color, culture, and creativity. Murals line the streets, and nearly every block is home to an art gallery, boutique, coffee shop, or food destination. Each townhome in the building has an adjacent, separate mother-in-law suite on the opposite side of the building, ground floor level. That space has a locked door and may be occupied by another guest during your stay unless you choose to book the entire property.
