Sleeping up to eight guests, the apartment features three bedrooms with a king-size bed and two queen-size beds, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy an open-concept kitchen and dining area with a record player and arcade game. The backyard oasis includes a hot tub and fire pit, ideal for relaxation. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible for exploring Music City. This charming home is one side of a new duplex build in one of Nashville’s fastest-growing neighborhoods, Woodbine. With some of the best local coffee shops and restaurants nearby, you’ll love the convenience to downtown while enjoying the quiet of the neighborhood. The design features shiplap walls, floral wallpaper, a bright, airy kitchen, and an outdoor living space overlooking a spacious backyard with lush greenery. The downstairs includes one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom, an open-concept kitchen with a 50-inch TV, and a dining room with seating for six and kitchen counter seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishware, a drip coffee maker, a Keurig Mini, and a mini French press with some coffee beans and a grinder to get you started. Upstairs, there is a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed—and two bathrooms. The master suite features a large bathroom with double sinks en suite to the king bed bedroom, and another full bathroom is next to the second bedroom with the queen bed. A comfortable and stylish living room is perfect for hanging out and watching TV on a large screen Smart TV. Washer and dryer are available for guest use. Outdoors, enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and grill with a propane tank. Firewood for the fire pit is not provided. Guests who stay three weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $130. Dogs are welcome, with a maximum of two under 50 lbs, and must adhere to specific pet rules. Extra charges may apply if pet rules are not followed. Woodbine is one of Nashville’s most quaint and hip neighborhoods, offering a mix of old charm and new development. You’ll find some of the best ethnic restaurants and newer dining spots, along with great coffee and juice shops. It’s also a fantastic area for antique shopping and furniture stores. For nightlife enthusiasts, local bars offer a vibrant scene. Uber and Lyft are great options for getting around Nashville, with quick access to various destinations. The apartment is conveniently located near BNA Airport, Music City Center, Downtown Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, The Ryman, Nissan Stadium, Wedgewood Houston, 12th South, Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, Music Row, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, Lipscomb University, and Downtown Franklin. No smoking is allowed inside the property, and smoking outdoors requires keeping doors and windows closed to prevent smoke from entering the house. Absolutely no major parties are allowed, and small celebrations must adhere to the guest limit of eight. Decorations such as glitter and confetti are prohibited, and any damage from decorations may result in charges.
