Our spacious 1-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, fully equipped kitchens, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Throughout your stay, enjoy access to the building's fitness center and working lounge. You can also enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer for free, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on the above photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Max 2 pets with a 40 lbs combined weight are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional $100-300 pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. You’ll receive your code before arrival for hassle-free and secure entry, anytime after check-in time.
