Early check-in and late checkout are available based on availability, with fees applicable. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available for extended stays, including new linens, surface cleaning, and trash removal. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. If a smoke detector is tampered with, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund.
