I lived here during my final year at Duke. I only moved out because I graduated and relocated to another city. Living here is a very pleasant experience - from signing the lease to moving out, the staff here were friendly and professional. There may be some small issues - sometimes you may miss message from package concierge, the windows are not very soundproof if you live close to the road etc. I'd also admit that it's not very walkable, but I don't have a car myself and managed to get to campus, restaurants, and farmers market etc., either walking or taking a bus or school shuttle. Neighbors are friendly, lots of Duke ppl. The management organized many social events for residents (my favorite is the Sunday Crepes!) Special shoutout to Jamie who has put together so many wonderful events (crepes, bagel, pool, wine etc.)! Maintenance team has been responsive and professional. I really enjoyed the gym, new coffee machine, and central internet setup. I'd recommend this to anyone seeking an apartment in Durham!

The office staff were very friendly and accommodating. Gabriel and Matt laid out all my options for different floor plans as well as availability. Craig from maintenance is always here to fix any small issues that cropped up but overall it is a wonderful property and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
