This house is located in a semi-residential area and is not suitable for hosting rowdy groups. Disturbing guests will be asked to leave. The property is absolutely not to be used as a place of business or pop-up business of any kind. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged, and any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in a penalty. For security, there are exterior cameras to verify who is entering the home. The maximum occupancy is 12 people, and this cannot be exceeded.
