This bright, open-concept space is accessible via elevator. This apartment features a full kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee and tea, dinnerware, cooking and cleaning essentials. The sleeping and living area includes a queen bed, sofa, smart TV, blackout shades, and bed and bath linens. The dining area has a dining table that seats two. You'll also have in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and laundry detergent. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and Beekman 1802 bath goods. Local snacks and bottled waters are provided, along with a noise machine and earplugs, central AC, and free Wi-Fi. There is no on-site parking, but parking lots are available nearby. Pets are welcome for a fee of $25 plus tax per night (2 pet max, capped at $250 plus tax per month). Extra cleaning services can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Stadiums (Lincoln Financial Field, Citizens Bank Park, Xfinity Mobile Arena) are a 15-minute drive away, while the Pennsylvania Convention Center is 10 minutes away via subway. Independence Mall is a 10-minute walk, the Museum of the American Revolution is a 7-minute walk, Christ Church is a 2-minute walk, the Betsy Ross House is a 3-minute walk, and Elfreth’s Alley is a 4-minute walk. This is a lively city location, and some street noise is possible. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise, including on balconies and in shared spaces, are strictly prohibited. Noise and smoking detecting technology is used inside the suites to monitor excessive noise levels and violations of the non-smoking policy. Tampering with any of these devices is a direct violation of the house rules. Violations are subject to fines, starting at $250 for each occurrence in order to pay to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at or after 4 pm on your check-in day.
