Noise levels exceeding 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes will result in a $2,500 fine and immediate removal from the property without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit and on balconies or patios. Tampering with smoke detectors or other in-unit devices will incur a $2,500 fine and immediate removal without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Guests must vacate the property by the agreed-upon checkout time to avoid additional charges or police involvement. The unit is strictly for short-term lodging and not intended for permanent use. Access details will be shared via email or text message 24 hours prior to check-in, following identity verification.
