Feel at home in this simply designed paradise unit, perfect for a weekend escape or a long-term stay. Located on the 3rd floor, this spacious yet cozy apartment is equipped with all your vacation essentials for a comfortable and relaxing time. This apartment features four spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, a comfy living area, a full kitchen, dining areas, and free washer/dryer. The large living area can accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area for sharing meals. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for two. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make simple meals. Enjoy access to the community pool and nearby gym. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, and breeds. An un-leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50 per occurrence. Located in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, this apartment offers a blend of suburban residential streets and urban charm. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk. The apartment is located near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting and is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. USF is 2.2 miles away, MOSI is 4.2 miles away, Busch Gardens Tampa is 4.5 miles away, Takomah Trail Park is 5.1 miles away, and Lettuce Lake Park is 5.9 miles away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
