Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee: $50 for 2 hours, 50% of the day's rate for 2-3 hours, and 100% of the day's rate for more than 4 hours. Conveniently located just half a block from the bus and trolley stop, this apartment offers easy access to shops and popular destinations. It's a 10-minute walk to Coral Gables, 5.4 miles to Miami, 4.5 miles to Miami Airport, 8.9 miles to Port Miami, and 11 miles to South Beach, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Self check-in is available via a smart lock, and guests must dial 602 at the building entrance intercom system to access the property for the first time. The garage entrance is on 22nd Terrace, and a FOB is required for access. Smoking is not allowed inside, with a $450 fine for violations. Surgery patients will be charged an additional fee if linens are damaged, and an extra cleaning fee of $200 applies for stains inside the apartment or on the building grounds. Lost items must be claimed within 10 days, and package deliveries are only accepted during your stay. Charges apply for using towels or linens for purposes other than personal hygiene: $5 per hand towel, $10 per bath towel, $25 per twin set, $40 per queen set, and $55 per king set. The apartment includes a workspace with a desk and Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
