A breakfast nook sits within the kitchen, and a dedicated dining area provides a place to share meals together. A free washer and dryer are tucked nearby for convenience. Step onto the modest patio with its two-person outdoor seating. The community pool, gym, and fitness center are available for use, and the property offers a clubhouse and lounge for casual gatherings, a basketball court for a friendly game, and a walking/biking trail that winds through the grounds. A shared grill area lets you enjoy a barbecue without leaving the neighborhood. Located in Lutz, the unit sits just five minutes from USF, eight minutes from MOSI, and eleven minutes from Busch Gardens Tampa. Nature lovers will appreciate the short drives to Takomah Trail Park (10 min) and Lettuce Lake Park (13 min). Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, & breeds. An un-leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. It is expected that any mess and/or pet waste is cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed (3) per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
