The entrance door of the unit is on the second floor. When you open the door there are stairs (14) heading to the 3rd floor. The main unit is on the 3rd floor, but the master bedroom and master bathroom are on the 4th floor, with around 10 stairs to go to the 4th floor. Relax in the chic living area, thoughtfully designed with contemporary furnishings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy a morning coffee or evening relaxation on your private balcony, or gather on the rooftop patio for a unique city experience. The huge living room features a large couch and two leather loveseats in front of a fireplace, a dining table with chairs in front of a second fireplace, and a wet bar area with high stools. The apartment also includes three modern fireplaces, dark hardwood floors throughout, modern bathrooms with tiles and bathtubs, air-conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Only street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine.
