Parking is located across the street with a car limit of 1 car and additional public parking spaces available. Local attractions include Myrtle Beach Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Dragon's Lair at Broadway at the Beach, Jurassic Golf, Jungle Safari, Captain Hook's Adventure courses, Nascar SpeedPark, Brookgreen Gardens, and championship golf courses. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. Grilling is prohibited with a penalty of $200 for violations. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations.
