We highly recommend renting one of our gas-powered 4 or 6-seater golf carts for your stay, which can fit in the garage along with most full-sized vehicles. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided, along with a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and two laundry and dish pods, all included with the cleaning fee. Please bring your own pool and beach towels. Located in the sought-after Sea Horse building, this condo is just a short walk from Garden City Pier, local restaurants, and shops. Ideal for families, couples, or groups, it offers the best of the Grand Strand for both weekend escapes and longer coastal stays. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. By state law, occupancy may not exceed six, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A minimum age requirement of 25 applies for renters.
