The amenities include a community outdoor pool and lakeside sitting areas. The rent is $1,425.00 per month and includes basic cable, water, sewer, grounds maintenance, and trash service. Tenant is responsible for electric and any other utilities. Security deposit of $1,425.00 is required. Renters and Liability to Landlord Insurance are required.
