Enjoy thoughtful touches like a dedicated workspace, a cozy living area with a sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee and tea, dinnerware, cooking and cleaning essentials. Amenities include a dining area with a dining table that seats 5, in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and laundry detergent. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and Beekman 1802 bath goods. There are also noise machine and earplugs, central AC, and free Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome for a fee of $25+tax per night (2 pets max, capped at $250+tax per month). Extra cleaning services can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. The area's eclectic boutiques and renowned restaurants make it a must-visit for anyone exploring Philadelphia. Independence Hall, Liberty Bell Center, Museum of the American Revolution, Penn’s Landing and Spruce Street Harbor Park, and Old City shops, cafés, and restaurants are just a short walk from your door. Philadelphia, one of the country’s most walkable cities, is incredibly easy to navigate either by foot or by public transportation. For moving around, you'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations. Otherwise, it is recommended moving around the city using Uber or Lyft. This apartment is in a vibrant city neighborhood, and some city noise may be expected. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise, including on balconies and in shared spaces, are strictly prohibited. Noise and smoking detecting technology is used inside the suites to monitor excessive noise levels and violations of the non-smoking policy. Tampering with any of these devices is a direct violation of the house rules.
