Experience modern comfort and historical charm at The Vine, a modern loft building that pays homage to the neighborhood's architecture. Perfect for those seeking the history and culinary excellence of Old City Philadelphia, this apartment features large casement windows, dedicated workspaces, and a roof deck with breathtaking panoramic views. Whether it's a short-term or a couple of months-long stay, you'll feel at home here. Elevate your stay and immerse yourself in the heart of Philadelphia's vibrant neighborhoods with this unique living space. Offering the perfect blend of hotel-level amenities and the comforts of home, this apartment is thoughtfully designed to reflect the character and charm of its surroundings. The building has slightly thin floors, so sound can travel at times. Guests are kindly asked to be mindful of noise and consider removing shoes inside the apartment to help keep things quiet and comfortable for everyone. Amenities include a shared roof deck with panoramic views of the city, an elevator servicing all floors, a fully equipped kitchen, contactless check-in, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, luxe bath amenities, a comfy mattress with soft cotton sheets, and an in-unit washer-dryer. Extra cleaning services can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Pets are welcome for $25 per night, with a maximum of 2 pets, capped at $250 per month. Stepping into Old City is like walking through the pages of American history. Home to Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell, this neighborhood offers a profound educational experience in a charming setting. Beyond its historical treasures, Old City is also known for its vibrant First Friday events, showcasing local art, fashion, and nightlife. The area's eclectic boutiques and renowned restaurants make it a must-visit for anyone exploring Philadelphia. Philadelphia, one of the country’s most walkable cities, is incredibly easy to navigate either by foot or by public transportation. For moving around, you'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations. Otherwise, we recommend moving around the city using Uber or Lyft, which is fairly affordable. The roof deck is available to use 24/7. There may be some potential construction noise during your stay as the areas are being improved. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Check-in is at or after 4 pm on your check-in day, and checkout is at or before 11 am on your check-out day. Early check-ins and late checkouts may be available upon request and are subject to additional fees. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, starting at $55 per hour (pro-rated) after 11:30 am. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise, including on balconies and in shared spaces, are strictly prohibited. Violations are subject to fines, starting at $250, for each occurrence to pay to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Pets are allowed upon request for an additional fee starting at $25 per day, with a maximum of 2 pets. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Public and common areas of the building, such as hallways, parking, and the lobby, operate video surveillance ..
