It is also 10 minutes away from Old Town Alexandria. Alexandria, Virginia, is known for its Old Town, with brick sidewalks and well-preserved 18th- and 19th-century buildings. King Street is lined with boutiques and specialty shops. A security camera is located at the front entrance and is turned on 24/7 (no audio) to record people coming in and out of the listing. Smoking and parties are not allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. The check-in time is 4 PM, and the check-out time is 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are permitted. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
