Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. One towel per guest per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal.
