Permit parking for one vehicle is complimentary. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. The location is perfect for exploring Short North, with many restaurants and bars on North High Street. It's a short walk to the Short North District, the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and Nationwide Arena Stadium. Ohio State University campus and downtown Columbus are less than a mile away. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; however, smoking is allowed outside the home only. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge.
