Feel at home in this centrally located 2-bedroom apartment in Columbus, Ohio. This duplex home features original hardwood floors and staircases. Each unit has its own entrance, so you’ll have a completely private space. The apartment is filled with plants and upscale decor, and it features a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops. Enjoy high-speed internet, a 55-inch smart TV in the living room, smart TVs in all bedrooms, tower fans, white noise machines, a hair dryer, a handheld steamer, and a dryer. Permit parking for one vehicle is complimentary. If parking for additional cars is needed, the same street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay). The location is perfect for enjoying Short North, with many restaurants and bars on North High Street. The apartment is a 5-minute walk to the Short North District and the Greater Columbus Convention Center, a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium, less than a mile to downtown Columbus and Ohio State University campus, less than a mile to Kroger Food Market, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, a 10-minute drive/uber to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, and a 15-minute drive to Easton Town Center Shopping Mall. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and loud music is not allowed at any time. Noise-detecting technology may be used to monitor excessive noise levels. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Pets (all pets) are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay). The apartment includes a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, an air mattress, and a pack/play crib. The apartment shares a wall with a neighboring unit, so respectful noise levels are encouraged for everyone’s comfort. The plants in the home are not to be moved for any reason. Furniture is not to be rearranged. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission from the trusted partner. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed unless under the reservation guest count; a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night. Registration Number: 20232028
