Modern washers and dryers are located near the ping-pong and patio area. Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Dedicated parking is available on the right-side driveway for one vehicle. A full-service concierge is available for booking reservations, in-house massages, chefs, boats, and more. Situated in a picturesque neighborhood, the apartment is approximately 1.5 miles from Miracle Mile, roughly 2 miles from Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, about 2.5 miles from Brickell City Centre, and just 6 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA). Veer away from Downtown Miami's frenetic pace and find solace in this serene enclave, promising an unrivaled Miami sojourn. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM, with early/late options available upon inquiry. A no-smoking policy is enforced on the premises, and maintaining a low noise level post 10 PM is requested. Violation of house rules or noise complaints may result in cancellation and no refund. Parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited. Security cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. The property adheres to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. The property has a groundskeeper who may access the pool for service, landscaping, and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds. Guests are responsible for package retrieval and lost packages. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping are allowed.
