Keys require a minimum replacement fee of $150 if lost or not returned on time before 11 am. Guests are fully responsible for damages and noise complaints. A strict no-smoking policy is enforced in the unit, balcony, and pool, with a $1,000 fine for violations. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 6 AM.
