This is a self-check-in; you can access the building from the main entrance. All amenities can be used by guests. Guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present. Unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250.00. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, FOB keys, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00. House rules violations can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property. Includes fast Wi-Fi and a large smart TV, providing a remote work-friendly environment.
