The pool and terrace are shared among guests. Video surveillance may be used in common/public areas. No gatherings over 10 people are allowed, and extra guests require prior approval. You must climb stairs to access the apartment. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the partner before booking.
