Some steps must be taken throughout the complex to get to the front door and parking. Solana Beach & Tennis Club is a large complex and does not have any luggage carts. This beach-themed, bright condo sleeps 6 and features a west-facing patio with a beautiful green community view. The ocean is just steps away. Both the living room and master bedroom have patios. Enjoy a barbecue on the grill, relax with some TV in the living room, and stay connected with high-speed internet. A fireplace, in-unit washer and dryer, and beach chairs make this property fully equipped for your family to enjoy. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans, and cooking utensils. Enjoy access to the complex swimming pool, which is heated year-round, and tennis. Two assigned parking spaces are available in the gated parking garage. Located just a short walk to everything, including dining, shopping, and entertainment, you will have no problem finding your niche in Solana Beach. Nearby attractions include Del Mar Race Track, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Lego Land, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Cedros Design District, USS Midway, and Balboa Park. Occupancy is limited to 6 persons max, including all children. This house does not have air conditioning, only the coastal breeze and fans. For remote work, it is recommended to have a hot spot as service interruptions and outages cannot be controlled. For longer rentals (30 days or longer), the guest will be responsible for all gas and electricity charges over $200 per month or billing cycle. The excess will be billed or charged to the credit card on file. No smoking is allowed inside the property and no pets are allowed.
