Accentuated by beautiful tiling, the newly remodeled bathroom boasts a breath-taking walk-in shower and modern fixtures. Although small, the fully applianced kitchen comes equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher and microwave. This smoke-free apartment includes WiFi and street parking. Short-term and long-term leasing options are available. Rooms can be furnished upon request. Considered by many to be one of the best places to live in Manhattan, East Village is a colorful and exciting neighborhood to call home. Bordering the Manhattan neighborhoods of NoHo to the west and Lower East Side to the south, East Village is a walker's paradise filled with bustling, tree-lined commercial avenues. Boasting a population of over 65,000, East Village is home to a diverse group of college students, families, and professionals. From consignment shops and secondhand bookstores to upscale dining options and trendy cafes, there is a little bit of something in East Village for everyone. Take a walk through Tompkins Square Park and grab lunch at one of the numerous establishments in the vicinity, or do some bar-hopping on Avenue C in Alphabet City and check out the colorful murals. Located near the border of East Village and Lower East Side, this well-preserved elevator building is a short distance away from public transit stations and numerous retail stores, making it a perfect home for those who prefer to walk or ride a bike. From the front door of the building, it will take you six minutes to walk to Delancey Street and Essex Street station for trains that will take you south to the Financial District or north up to Central Park. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement. You'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above *******, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. Move-in requires a background and credit check, along with signing a residency agreement. Monthly cleaning is included, as well as linens and towels. Please note that the descriptions may not always reflect the most up-to-date details. If a specific feature or amenity is important to you, kindly reach out for confirmation.
