It also features high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV with streaming apps installed. You'll also find an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Off-street parking is available for one car. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet per night. This house is centrally located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, just south of Washington, DC. It's a block away from the metro station and close to DC (10-minute drive) and DCA (5-minute drive). King Street is lined with boutiques and specialty shops. There is a security camera facing the entrance that is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in and out. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
