Due to regulations, you may not have anyone in the unit other than those mentioned at any given time, whether staying or visiting. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. If you fail to disclose your pets, you will be charged a fee per pet per night. If you smoke outside, do not ash on the floor and please trash the cigarette butts. Be considerate of the neighbors and neighborhood and do not be loud outside in front of the home. Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilets. Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is by 11am. Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper. Please place trash in trash bins by the curb. There is a strict no drug use policy. To keep our costs down we kindly ask that you switch off lights and set the A/C or heating at regular temperatures. A damage deposit could be charged, and that damages will be charged.
