The wood stove in the living room is ornamental and not functioning, so do not attempt to use it. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to a fee of $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Late check-outs must be approved and are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check-out. If guests stay past the 11am check-out time without approval, they will be charged for the next night’s stay. No pets are allowed, and anyone found to have brought a pet onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. There are no parties or events allowed, and violations will incur a deep cleaning fee between $500-700, with additional charges for carpet cleaning. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in a fine of $100 per incident.
