The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher, as well as plates, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. Relax in the spacious and inviting living room, filled with natural light, and unwind in one of the three lovely bedrooms with premium linens, sheets, and pillows, as well as closets with hangers and shelves and nightstands with reading lamps. The full bathroom offers a bathtub with a shower, vanity, mirror, toilet, towels, hair dryer, and essential toiletries. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available. The house is close to the lovely town of Gig Harbor and a short drive from Tacoma and Seattle. The area’s heart beats with a rich maritime history, and downtown Gig Harbor is a shopper's paradise with eclectic boutiques, art galleries, and cozy cafes. Nature enthusiasts will find themselves in paradise with numerous trails that wind through lush forests and offer breathtaking sea vistas. Kopachuck State Park and Harbor Family Park are perfect spots for picnics, beachcombing, and kayaking. The location is an ideal gateway to the Olympic Peninsula, making it a convenient starting point for further exploration. Nearby attractions include Crescent Creek Park, Harbor History Museum, Skansie Brothers Park and Netshed, Netshed No. 9 Restaurant, Tides Tavern, B’s Bagles & Butters, Il Lucano Ristorante Italiano, Brix 25 Restaurant, The Gourmet Burger Shop, McCormick Forest Park, Sehmel Homestead Park, 7 Seas Brewing, Galaxy Theatres Gig Harbor IMAX, and Kopachuck State Park. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in a fine of $100 per incident. If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500 and $700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. Pets are not allowed at the property, and anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately.
