The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample work areas, making it easy to whip up delicious home-cooked meals for the whole group. The dining area connects the living room and kitchen, ensuring you never miss a moment of exciting conversations and laughter while you savor the delicious meals. Free parking is available for guests. Early check-ins are available for a fee of $25 per hour before the standard check-in time, and late check-outs are $50 per hour beyond the regular check-out time. If guests stay past the check-out time without approval, they will be charged for the next night’s stay. The charming downtown Gig Harbor is a shopper's paradise with eclectic boutiques, art galleries, and cozy cafes. Nature enthusiasts will find themselves in paradise with numerous trails, parks, and kayaking opportunities. Our location is an ideal gateway to the Olympic Peninsula, making it a convenient starting point for further exploration. The wood stove in the living room is ornamental and not functioning, do not attempt to use it. No pets are allowed in the home. There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If guests throw a party or event, a deep cleaning fee between $500-700 may be charged, along with a charge for carpet cleaning. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property, including cannabis or vape, both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. A $250 deep cleaning fee will apply if any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay. Ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation, as there will be a $50 fine per guest in excess of the reserved number. You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests.
