Each unit has its own fully stocked kitchen, perfect for serving a home-cooked meal on nights when you prefer to dine in. Enjoy modern amenities such as WiFi, air conditioning, heating, a washer/dryer, and a flat-screen TV. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Situated in the heart of the vibrant Freret neighborhood in Uptown New Orleans, this house is close to the lively shopping, dining, and entertainment of Magazine St. Explore Freret’s famous cafes, bistros, bars, and music clubs, or visit the art market with over 90 vendors on the first Saturday of the month. During Mardi Gras, enjoy easy and walkable proximity to the Uptown Parade route. Nearby attractions include Mojo’s Coffeehouse, Rook Cafe, Starbucks, Nola Grind, the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, and Tulane University. The nearest airport, Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, is 14 miles away. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and a State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 60-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. The property uses a noise monitoring device that does not record actual sounds or conversations, only noise levels. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with a $200 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations.
