There are also two gorgeous full bathrooms, both of which are modern, clean, and bright with great finishes and upgrades. The backyard is fully fenced in, providing you with the utmost privacy, a covered patio area with seating, as well as a large pool. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Located in exciting east Dallas, this home is just 20 minutes away from downtown Main Street and 35 minutes from DFW airport. You’ll be just 15 minutes from White Rock Lake and a 13-minute drive away from Lake Ray Hubbard. You’ll also be close to the most popular Dallas attractions, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, The Sixth Floor Museum, the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and AT&T Stadium. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
