Feel at home in Casa Stetson, a private single-family home on one level with no stairs, located in a quiet neighborhood of north Phoenix, just off Highway 17. The great room offers a huge couch and TV with cable channels, opening to the kitchen with a breakfast bar and inside dining. A sliding door leads to outdoor dining overlooking the sparkling pool and hot tub. You'll find a 2-car garage, parking available in the driveway, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and a fully gated yard. All linens, bath, and pool towels are provided, along with free Wi-Fi. The pool can be heated for an additional $350 per week or $1250 per month to 85 degrees in the winter, upon request only. The heated spa can be used at your leisure. A dog is allowed with approval only, and a pet fee will be added to your booking. Enjoy the outdoor dining area overlooking the sparkling pool and hot tub. There are four chaise lounge chairs to soak up the Arizona sun, a built-in BBQ, and an outdoor bar to enjoy a cocktail while helping the cook. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. There is a $400 per month electric cap in the summer months (June through September), and guests are liable for any overages. Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property. A $131 fee per stay applies for pets. Includes a desk in the living room.
