Guests enjoy access to a world-class spa, hot tub, and gym, as well as four on-site restaurants, including the renowned Cipriani. Parking is not included. Valet parking at Icon is available for $11 for 0–1 hour, $19 for 1–4 hours, $24 for 4–10 hours, and $34 for 10–24 hours with no re-entry. Valet parking at W Hotel next door is $42 overnight with no re-entry. Metered parking is available 1–3 blocks away and 701 Brickell garage is 2 blocks away for $15 overnight from 6 pm to 7 am. The swimming pool is currently under renovation and is open only on weekends, with potential closures. It is recommended to ask for the latest updates before your stay. All guests must submit valid IDs before arrival, otherwise, check-in is not possible. Check-ins after 10 pm incur a $25 fee and after 12 am a $75 fee.
