Security cameras are in place in public/common areas. Gatherings over 8 people, including both guests and visitors, are not allowed. No extra guests or visitors are allowed without prior approval. Maximum overnight occupancy limits are strictly enforced. No smoking is allowed inside the unit or on the balcony, and violations are subject to a $250 fine plus cleaning fees. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and violations are subject to a $200 fine. No house parties or illegal substances are allowed, and violations are subject to a $500 fine plus immediate eviction. No pets are allowed, and violations are subject to a $500 fine plus additional cleaning fees. For same-day bookings with late check-in, approval is required.
