This centrally located 2-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families or groups. With an open living area, fully equipped kitchen, and Wi-Fi, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Both bedrooms feature comfortable beds, and the property is just a short distance from the beach, dining, and shopping. Whether you’re here for a beach getaway or just to relax, this home is the perfect spot. This house features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom has 2 queen beds, while the other has 3 queen beds, offering plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, and the living area has TVs with both streaming capabilities and Satellite TV. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Outside, the downstairs patio has a fire pit, charcoal grill, lounge areas, and outdoor dining tables. There's also an upper deck for you to enjoy the fresh air and views. I'm not local to Crystal Beach so I will not be available in-person, but I will be available on the Airbnb app, text or call at anytime. The entire house is yours to enjoy, except for the attic and any locked cabinets. There’s also a covered trailer next to the house that is off-limits. These areas are clearly marked with ropes, so you’ll know which spaces are reserved for guests. No smoking inside. Cargo lift is not for guest use. The properties at the beach utilize septic systems. Do not put anything other than toilet paper into the System. Do Not Block Roadway. No fryers in house or on deck (crawfish/shrimp/crabs/turkey). No fires cooking, etc. on deck. No bonfires in yard. Limit late night activities so you don't disturb your neighbors. All trash must be bagged and taken to the street side receptacle for pick-up. No pets. No use of tents, RV's, campers or motor homes will be allowed on the premises. Do not exceed maximum number of guest allowed per your rental contract.
