This two-level home spans 1,488 sqft and includes a few steps to the entrance door. The first floor houses the living room, dining room, kitchen, a Cali-king bedroom, bathroom, and laundry. The second floor features two bedrooms with a full and queen bed, a loft area with two single beds, and a bathroom. Find your escape in this mountain haven and feel at home. This thoughtfully designed cabin offers a peaceful retreat for nature enthusiasts. Unwind in the backyard hot tub and soak in the tranquility. The home boasts high-quality beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens for comfortable sleeping. The fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee maker, dinnerware, silverware, drinkware, cookware, and servingware. Enjoy the on-site washer and dryer for all your laundry needs, a mini-split for cooling on the main floor during the summer heat, and a fireplace for coziness during the cold season. Relax with the smart TV and internet for streaming, and enjoy the front porch and covered backyard deck for year-round outdoor relaxation. The fire pit, BBQ grill, and hot tub are perfect for relaxing sore muscles from hiking. The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. The pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post-reservation confirmation. Paradise Estates is a mix of full-time residents, vacation homes, and other rental properties. It is a private community approximately 5 miles from the Nisqually entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park. The cabin is accessed by fully maintained roads all year round. There is no public transit nearby, and it is only accessible by car. A four-wheel drive is recommended in the winter, and tire chains are available for rent at local stores during winter. This pet-friendly home kindly requests that pets are not allowed on furniture or linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Pets should not be left unattended, and guests are asked to bring poop bags and pick up after their pets. Strictly no parties or events are allowed, with quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and no digital piracy or shoes in the home. There is a $500 fine per violation. The use of the fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during the burn ban.
