Feel at home as you unwind in the covered outdoor seating area, gather around the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub after a day of adventure. Experience tranquility with all the modern comforts of a newly built home. The first floor includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The second floor offers two additional bedrooms with queen beds, a loft den area with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and tub combo. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, internet for streaming, and on-site washer and dryer for your convenience. Covered parking with EV charging capability is available, though guests should bring their own charger. The front yard can accommodate 4-5 additional cars. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per night pet fee. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night for more than six guests, up to a maximum of eight. Located in the private community of Paradise Estates, this cabin is approximately 5 miles from the Nisqually entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park. The area is a mix of full-time residents, vacation homes, and rental properties. Accessible by fully maintained roads year-round, a car is necessary as there is no public transit nearby. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter, with tire chains available for rent at local stores. This pet-friendly home requires guests to refrain from allowing pets on furniture and linens, and pets should not be left unattended. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am, and there is a strict no smoking or vaping policy anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. Parties and events are prohibited, with a $500 fine per violation. Use of the fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during burn bans. Guests will have access to the entire place.
