Escape to a cozy 2-bedroom A-frame cabin, just minutes away from the year-round entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park. This quality-built, two-story home offers a serene retreat for nature enthusiasts, with a loft on the second floor and a flat lot with just two steps to the entrance. Feel at home in this mountain sanctuary, complete with a hot tub in the backyard where you can relax and watch the deer roam. This tastefully furnished cabin is designed with your comfort in mind. The first floor features a living room that opens to a deck and backyard, a dining room, and a bedroom with a full-size bed, along with a bathroom that includes a shower and tub combo. The loft area on the second floor offers a queen bed. Enjoy the relaxing deck space with seating, a BBQ, a fire pit, and a year-round hot tub. The cabin is equipped with a smart TV and internet for streaming, and a fully stocked kitchen with both a Keurig pods coffee machine and a regular coffee maker, along with dinnerware, silverware, drinkware, cookware, and servingware. The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet per night. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. The pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation. Located in the private community of Paradise Estates, this cabin is approximately 5 miles from the Nisqually entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park. The area is a mix of full-time residents, vacation homes, and other rental properties. Accessible by car only, the cabin is reached via fully maintained roads year-round. A four-wheel drive is recommended in winter, with tire chains available for rent at local stores. This pet-friendly home requests that pets are not allowed on furniture or linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Pets should not be left unattended, and guests are asked to bring poop bags and clean up after their pets. Strictly no parties or events are allowed, with quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, with a $500 fine per violation. Use of the fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during the burn ban. There is no washer/dryer in the home due to space constraints.
