This 4-bedroom house accommodates 10 guests with 3 full baths and an outdoor shower. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living room allows everyone to be together, while the large bedrooms provide ample space. Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV. In the backyard, enjoy a patio with seating and a gas grill for cooking and entertaining. The house offers 2 parking spaces in the driveway, though parking is tight due to the narrow alley. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, with potential fees depending on the time requested. Half days, with an 11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure, may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. There is no bedroom on the first floor. Events or retreats are not allowed unless approved prior to booking. We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home, so it is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers.
