This 2,900sqft+ single family house is perfect for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. The house has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a spacious living area, central AC/heating, a game room with a foosball table and street fighter arcade machine, a huge backyard with a fire pit and grill, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Complimentary coffee is provided. Off-street parking is available for 1 car. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length. The location is superb, being literally a block away from the metro station and close to DC (10-minute drive) and DCA (5-minute drive). Alexandria, Virginia, is known for its Old Town, with brick sidewalks and well-preserved 18th- and 19th-century buildings. King Street is lined with boutiques and specialty shops. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A security camera is facing the entrance and is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are allowed.
