Smoking is prohibited inside and outside within 100 feet, even on the balcony, and will incur a $500 minimum fee. Parties are not allowed. Pets are not allowed on the premises, and if a pet is found at any time during your stay, a minimum penalty fee of $500 will be applied. Please avoid any spills on the rug and sofa and any permanent stains on the white towels. Do not leave the unit with the AC on anytime you leave the property for the beach or at check-out, as excessive usage may incur an extra fee. Remove shoes in the unit. There should be no loud noise in the unit during your stay, especially during the quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, and complaints from neighbors or other guests may result in being asked to leave.
