The unit is in the most convenient location to most amenities in the back of the complex away from road noises. The complex amenities include an extra-large resident and guest only pool (including lap lanes) hot tub, gym, playground, BBQ area as well as a car wash, storage for surf and paddle boards and a bike rack. The unit includes carpet in the bedrooms, two a/c units, ceiling fans, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, a full-size washer/dryer. There are two assigned parking stalls, one right in front of the unit. Water, sewer, trash/refuse, basic cable and internet, pool service, exterior pest control, landscaping are included in the rent. All other utilities are tenant(s) responsibility including obtaining and maintaining renter's insurance. Complex also has an on-site manager. A beautiful quiet beach great for swimming, beach walking, windsurfing and relaxing is walking distance across the street from the complex. One year lease required. No pets or smoking allowed.
