DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & APPLY HERE! THIS IS HOME. From the first day of move in, I've had a pleasant experience here. Major Ohana vibes, super welcoming, and kind community of neighbors. Me and my husband are very grateful and blessed to live in this complex. Danielle is awesome at management and open communication! All our maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner, questions answered, and our home is in great condition. The courtyard is thoroughly maintained, and even has BBQ pits for grilling. This is a very family orientated, SAFE community. There is a beach less than 10 minutes walking distance, a mall, and conveniently close grocery stores nearby, along with fast food places. Great breezes, steady flow of wind and convenient apt. layout. Our favorite thing to do, is look out at the butterflies in the morning and drink coffee before work. #ButterflySanctuary Thank you Waterfront for choosing our application. Aloha, Since the devastation in Lahaina its been a roller coaster ride for us. Mentally it's been challenging and I must say that it's been difficult to find a rental. But we reached out online submitted our application and within 24 hours Danielle was already communicating directly with us, assisting with the processing and answering questions so quickly. A process that should have caused a complete meltdown turned into a pleasant experience and we look forward to joining the Waterfront community. Thank you so much Danielle, you are truly a blessing and we appreciate you.
