Home has washer and dryer in unit for your convenience, Stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and stainless steel kitchen sink; Island in large kitchen area with 3 taller stools for dining; Tile floors in bathrooms, laminate floors, Central AC, Ceiling fans with lights below the fans, Double sinks with stone-lined shower-tub in master bathroom, Large upper lanai in back with nice views of the West Maui Mountains, Fenced in side and back yard. All Pali Kai Rental units are no smoking units. There is an attached ohana (already rented/separate entrance on left side of house) so it is a share property in that respect. Owners pay for the landscaping and the first $200 per month of water/sewer (any balance divided between the tenants of the home and the ohana on a per head basis). Tenants responsible for their own electricity, refuse pickup, any cable, internet, phone, LP gas for any allowed BBQ, and renter's insurance.
